With our digital-twin approach, we support every project from the initial idea and system design through simulation, engineering, and virtual commissioning all the way into production. This enables a seamless transition from the digital model to the real machine, minimizes project risks, improves software quality, and accelerates commissioning. Exceptional precision and repeatability
The precise control of speed, force, synchronization, and ram position enables highly precise and repeatable forming. Millimeter-accurate positioning precision ensures that defined ram positions are reliably reached. This enables precise bending geometries and consistently high manufacturing quality.
In-house expertise in large castings
With our own foundry, we manufacture large and complex castings with a weight of up to 320 tons directly in-house. This shortens manufacturing times, reduces external dependencies, and ensures continuous control over component quality, engineering, and delivery dates.
