SIEMPELKAMP is an internationally oriented technology group for machinery and plant engineering, foundry technology, and industrial services. We are a system supplier of press lines and complete plants for the wood-based panel industry, metal forming as well as the composites and rubber industry. In addition, we design and manufacture automated guided vehicle systems, industrial fans and equipment, and crane systems. With one of the largest hand-molding foundries, SIEMPELKAMP manufactures castings with a total weight of up to 320 t at its Krefeld site. The company also supplies transport and storage containers for radioactive waste and specializes in the dismantling of nuclear facilities.
The SIEMPELKAMP Group is divided into three business units. The Capital business unit includes all group companies involved in the construction of new machinery and plants for wood-based materials, metal forming, plastics, and rubber. In the Service business unit, we pool all service activities for machinery and plants worldwide. All activities relating to the foundry in Krefeld are combined in the Metal business unit.
