SIEMPELKAMP multi-cylinder top-platen presses
For the production of conveyor belts with steel-cord and textile-fabric inserts, SIEMPELKAMP offers multi-cylinder top-platen presses including two-strand production. With a pressing force of 400 N/mm², conveyor belts with widths of up to 3,200 mm and thicknesses of up to 50 mm can be produced. SIEMPELKAMP’s multi-cylinder presses provide an as yet unmatched pressure distribution in hydraulic-mechanical press systems for conveyor-belt vulcanization and reduced thickness tolerances of the conveyor belts compared with traditional press concepts.
