Martin Scherrer
CEO of the SIEMPELKAMP Group
Martin Scherrer has been CEO of the SIEMPELKAMP Group since June 2023. Before that, he worked in the paper industry for a total of 25 years at Voith and AstenJohnson. Martin Scherrer can look back on almost 10 years of international experience, during which, at the beginning of his career, he held various management positions at Voith in Italy, Indonesia, and Brazil.
In total, he spent seven years on the management board of Voith Paper as CFO and division head before moving to AstenJohnson in 2019, where he was responsible for the business in Asia and Europe.
After studying economics at Justus Liebig University in Giessen, Martin Scherrer began his career at Sulzer in Switzerland.
