Marianne Gras
CPO of the SIEMPELKAMP Group
Since July 2025, Marianne Gras has been Chief People Officer of the SIEMPELKAMP Group and a member of the extended corporate management. In this role, she is responsible for global HR work, organizational development and HR strategy, as well as the further development of HR governance and corporate culture.
After joining SIEMPELKAMP in 2023, Marianne Gras took over as head of People Development & Recruiting in 2024. Her main areas of focus are personnel development, recruiting, health management, and organizational consulting.
After completing her master’s degree in work and organizational psychology, Marianne Gras worked in consulting roles as well as in health management and organizational and personnel development.
