You can report information about possible violations of human rights and environmental concerns. Further information about which topics can be reported and what information we need for processing can be found during the complaint process or in our information on the complaint procedure. Please note that no emergency call can be made via this complaint channel. We therefore ask you to use the emergency call channels you are familiar with in emergencies.

From the list below, select the focus that best applies to your report.

Violations of human rights-related obligations include, in particular, child and forced labor (modern slavery) and inhumane working conditions, the disregard for freedom of association and occupational safety, the withholding of appropriate wages and legally prescribed working hours, any form of discrimination, the commissioning/use of security forces in disregard of human rights and illegal forced evictions.

Violations of environmental obligations include, in particular, the non-environmentally sound handling, collection, storage and disposal of waste, the production and use of persistent organic substances, the production of mercury or its use and the export and import of hazardous waste.
