Felix Kibelsky knows SIEMPELKAMP from a variety of perspectives: as a master’s student, project engineer, OPEX manager, and today as Managing Director of the Maschinenfabrik. His story shows how development happens at SIEMPELKAMP: through trust, responsibility, and people who foster potential.
Some career paths are planned. Others evolve step by step – because responsibilities grow, people place their trust in you, and you yourself are willing to leave your comfort zone. For Felix Kibelsky, this journey began in early 2019 with a master’s thesis in cooperation with SIEMPELKAMP Maschinenfabrik.
His entry into the company quickly became more: after his first role as Project Engineer LEAN & Digitalization, he moved into global production planning and later into the operations excellence environment of the holding company. Especially in his role as OPEX manager, he drove many international initiatives, inspired change, and helped further develop processes and collaboration across locations and units. Since January 1, 2026, he has been Managing Director of SIEMPELKAMP Maschinenfabrik GmbH.
What has shaped his journey are not only new responsibilities, but above all the people along the way: mentors, professional development programs, and collaboration with different teams across the group. For him, this is where an essential part of SIEMPELKAMP’s culture lies: being challenged, being supported, and growing through challenges.
Today, Felix stands for an attitude that fits well with our value “Miteinander” (working together): clear goals, consistent action, and a work culture based on respect, trust, and guidance. His story makes it clear that development at SIEMPELKAMP is not seen only in vertical terms, but as a shared journey on which responsibility is allowed to grow.
