MARIANNE GRAS APPOINTED AS THE NEW CPO OF THE SIEMPELKAMP GROUP, NEW MEMBER OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD

Effective 1st July 2026, Marianne Gras will assume the position of Chief People Officer (CPO) at Siempelkamp GmbH & Co. KG. At the same time, she will be appointed to the Siempelkamp Group’s Management Board.

Marianne Gras, who holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, has been with the Siempelkamp Group since 2023. Since then, she has led the group’s human resources development; in 2024, she took over asteam leader for people development and recruiting. Going forward, Marianne Gras will be responsible for the Siempelkamp Group’s global human resources strategy. In this role, she will shape the structures and processes, the culture and the skills that support Siempelkamp’s profitable growth, innovative capability and future viability.

Marianne Gras will succeed Stefan Ziemes as CPO and member of the Management Board. Ziemes will step down from the Siempelkamp Group’s Management Board on 30th June, but will continue to serve the company in an advisory capacity. “For over 25 years, Stefan Ziemes has contributed his expertise to our Group with great dedication and success. We would like to thank him most sincerely for his many years of responsible and trusting collaboration. In every role he held during his time at Siempelkamp, he has made a valuable contribution. For this, he deserves our recognition and our best wishes for his future,” said Martin Scherrer.
