First board at Borg Manufacturing Pty. Ltd.: Congrats!
With this milestone the light turns green for the MDF plant with ContiRoll® in the 8' × 18.8 m format and a special lightboard package. The order volume also includes a Siempelkamp Compactor which provides effective protection for the steel belts in the press and opens up significant improvements in capacity and quality, especially for the production of thin MDF boards.
The production spectrum includes boards in a thickness range from 1 to 25 mm. Based on the lightboard package, the Australian company can produce particularly lightweight fibreboards. A diversified product range with a large thickness and density spectrum is thus assured.
