Mat forming system for OSB production
Our mat forming system for OSB production consists of Disc-Formers and Fin-Formers for the face and core layers.
With our Disc-Formers for the face layer, the material discharge takes place at the front of the bin discharge across a disc roller orienter head which orients the strands in production direction.
The Fin-Former for the core layer orients the strands crosswise to the production direction.
