Siempelkamp Service offers a modular seminar concept tailored to individual customer needs. These seminars take place at the Siempelkamp Academy or directly on-site.

Our different training courses:

Hydraulic basic training

The hydrostatic fundamentals, the basic components of a hydraulic installation, and diagram symbols according to DIN are explained to participants of this course. They learn to understand the principles of hydraulic units and how to recognize dangerous situations. They are also taught how to obtain an overview of a plant by means of documentation components. At the end of this course, they have completed the introduction to hydraulic technology.

Customer-specific training

By means of animated training presentations, participants learn about the functions and operation of their Siempelkamp press. This course also teaches safety as well as troubleshooting tips, by theory as well as directly on Siempelkamp equipment. The prerequisite for this course is a good basic knowledge of the equipment or of the hydraulics.

Service and maintenance training

The participants practice meaningful troubleshooting and the correction of problems directly on Siempelkamp equipment. Thereby, the correct use of measuring devices is explained and service notes are provided. The goal is to increase the operational safety of the plant and to lengthen service intervals. Instructions on how to correctly lubricate your equipment and self-help for problem situations are provided by our specialists on-site.

Participant certification

Each participant will receive a binder including the training materials and a participant certification.
