Training at Siempelkamp
Training has a long tradition at Siempelkamp. In fact we started training young people as long ago as 1947, when they were still known as apprentices. Then, as now, training was and still is an important foundation for their later career. For this reason, choosing the right vocational career and finding a company that offers good training is hugely important.
In addition to specialist skills, the training we offer focuses on making the young people team players and instilling a sense of responsibility, ambition and reliability into them.

Training for specialists
In order to keep up with the changing demands of the labor market, new training professions are always being added to our list and the content of traditional vocations updated. As part of the new group structure, the training for the Krefeld site at Siempelkampstraße, is divided into three divisions in which industrial/technical, cooperative and commercial training courses are offered.
