Siempelkamp Nukleartechnik GmbH, which has its headquarters in Krefeld, Germany announced today that it has bought the UK operations of MOTA Corporation, MOTA Europe Limited.

Michael Szukala, President of Siempelkamp Nukleartechnik GmbH said “the acquisition of MOTA Europe Limited gives us a highly respected team based in the UK that will allow the growth of our business within the UK Nuclear marketplace”

Ron Mencarelli, CEO and majority shareholder of MOTA Corporation stated, “the sale of the UK subsidiary, was an appropriate decision for MOTA Corporation and will now permit the U.S. based MOTA Corporation to focus its business development resources on the U.S. Market, while still having the opportunity to provide its specialty services and expertise to the European market through a close working relationship with Siempelkamp Nukleartchnik GmbH”.

The UK company name will change to Siempelkamp Nuclear Technology UK Limited and will remain based in Glasgow, Scotland.
