Compiled on an integral basis, the Siempelkamp gluing concept stands primarily for high dosing accuracy. The high accuracy, guaranteed by high-quality pumps, drives and flow meters, is an important criterion for making the buying decision.

Another benefit is the high reliability of the gluing system! The seals on the pumps and their resistance to wear contribute to this reliability. The connections are standardized and welded in order to prevent leakages. Quality and durability are also the focus when it comes to the stainless steel pipelines. The entire gluing system is therefore extremely easy to maintain.

Another advantage for the customer, resulting from the modular design, is the tremendously reduced need for stocking parts. Consequently, only a small number of spare parts need to be available.

Siempelkamp assembles these individual components to a gluing concept of which the entire approach is a benefit on its own.  Now that Siempelkamp offers the new integrated gluing system, within a Siempelkamp line there is one less piece of equipment that must be interfaced.  At startup the customer benefits from time and cost savings because of the high degree of prefabrication of the system. The building and inspection of the gluing systems are carried out by Siempelkamp at the Krefeld location. The in-house switch cabinet construction and automation software complete the new concept. The response from the customers has been very positive. The first gluing systems for particleboard and MDF are being installed in several plants!
