With the completion of our manufacturing site in Mülheim at the end of 2003, we have achieved a condensation of our machining capabilities in one location. The modern technological environment in a central location offers our customers an increase in quality, due to the centralisation of the machining process and the immediate proximity to the engineers and technicians who do the planning, in addition to valuable time savings. This combination of advantages is a guarantee for the fulfilling of your quality requirements and thus for the highest degree of profitability.

In an area of approx.10,300 m² with various crane systems with a max. hoisting load of up to 160 t and our state of the art machinery for machining cast iron and steel components in the conventional and nuclear sectors, we machine individual weights of up to 200 t. Our manufacturing emphasis lies in the energy technology sector, the sectors of machine and plant construction, and in the sector of shielding casks. We will naturally also machine components from other sectors on request.

Decontamination coating

As a further service in our manufacturing site, we offer to design decontamination coatings for nuclear components. In our own paint shop, we can also coat components with any paints available on the market, according to your individual specifications. The coating can be done manually or using the "airless" process.
