Production and assembly
Due to its fleet of machines and the wealth of experience and flexibility of the employees, the machine factory has the capacity to process all internal jobs quickly and keep up with outside jobs through job order production.
The following processing work is performed by experts:
- Metal cutting
- Burning and welding (UP)
- Deep-hole drilling, sandblasting, dressing
- Hydraulic assembly including pressure and functional testing
- Construction of pipelines
- Complete assembly including cabling and commissioning
Workpieces up to 17 m long, 4.5 m wide and 2.5 m high and weighing up to 170 t can be machined.

Certificates
The quality management system in place at Siempelkamp Maschinen- und Anlagenbau covers the development, manufacture and sales of machinery and plants and the associated services and service activities performed by the company. The QM system is up-dated and enhanced on an on-going basis.
Our company’s Quality Management System is certified (according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000), as is our manufacturer’s qualification for welded steel construction.
