Production plants for rear axle housings
Axle halves are manufactured from sheet-metal strips with a thickness of up to 16 mm (0.6 in) from a contour-blanked sheet. In case of hot forming these sheets are transported through a furnace by means of a transfer system first, whereas in case of cold forming the sheets are directly led into the press.

Side member production plants
