Calculations

The following programs are available for solving general tasks and for calculations of components made of cast iron and other materials:

• ProCAST: Mold filling, solidification, internal stresses

• I-DEAS & ANSYS: General static, dynamic, thermal and non-linear analyses

• LS-DYNA: Investigation of abnormal occurrences, including blasting, crash and drop tests

In a period of more than 25 years, we have been able to work very closely with our customers to build up a broad knowledge base. We use this expertise not only for calculations of new components, such as all types of presses or parts for wind power plants, but also for the assessment of abnormal occurrences and their causes.
